Beginning in Chapter 12, the commission to “prophesy again” in Chapter 10 begins to unfold. Beginning with a review of events that had already happened, the chronology progresses for the next few centuries of unrest in Israel, followed by the Millennium, and the things to come afterwards. The majority of Revelation 12-19, though happens within the 250 years following the destruction of Jerusalem, concluding sometime around the time of Constantine, who made Christianity legal in 313 AD.
